Important Message For Returning UsersAll returning NARTRP/TaxProCPE users will be put into a migration process when you sign in. This process is to migrate all of your credits and payment process into the new system.
All users from NARTRP/TaxProCPE are being migrated into our new LMS platform. The goal is to make the lessons, quizzes, etc. a better learning experience that works on all devices. In order to do this we need everyone to please be patient with us as we transition fully into the new system. We ask that you follow the prompts listed below very carefully and if you run into an error, then contact us right away.
What To Expect:
All users will be asked to login normally and the migration process will begin. You will encounter a screen telling you that it is your first time logging into a new system. Don’t panic if you get an error telling you your username or password is incorrect. If that happens to you then please read the next section underneath. If you are successful in logging in, then it will tell you your account has been verified and a new button will appear asking you to update your account. Clicking on the update button will take you to a new screen displaying your new subscription package, your new billing cycle, and have you update your card on file so your subscription can start. You should not be charged at all for this new subscription unless you have a due balance. If you don’t see a screen and it logs you in directly to your dashboard, then contact us to help you setup a new subscription. Thanks for understanding and please contact us if there is any trouble.
For Users Having Login Issues:
If you’re a user, having login issues that tell you that either your username or password is incorrect then please don’t click the password reset link. Contact us by phone if it is within normal business hours or email us here to get help. We will reset your password to assist you in completing the migration process until the end.
